It's official!!
Well it's official we signed all the papers and we now the official owners of the house in Union!!! The house in Union recieved another offer, which then forced us to remove the condition of the sale of our house! We had 48 hours to repond, which meant we had to have it all done by tuesday 10am!! So today was quite the blur of running around! But is it all done now!! Our house has on offer which we did accept, we just have to wiat on the inspection to finalize the sale of our current house! I can't believe it is all happening still seems a bit surreal! WE are so excited and thankful that God has allowed this all to happen!!!

Wow!!! Things can happen fast. I am so happy for you guys to finally have a larger home to meet your family's needs. And a backyard with a pond too. It's great.
Hey... gotta like the cute pics of Aidan on the tractor and Sarah in the exersaucer. Also like the sneaky way you got Aidan into the exersaucer. You betcha Sarah would give attitude. After all it is hers. Boy these two children are growing up fast. Seems like yesterday that they were born, doesn't it?

Congratulations! Very exciting! I'm glad everything is coming together for you guys. It sure can be a stressful time with everything happening so fast, and having to make huge financial decisions so quickly.
Congrats on getting the house! We hope that all goes well with the move etc. I am sure that you are very busy, but in the end it will be worth it when you are in your new home!
